ActionCube

This is among my favorite games for Ubuntu...

An offshoot of the original Cube (to be featured in later posts), this game is mainly deathmatch oriented, both single player against bots, and multiplayer. The servers almost always have at least one good game going (often more), and gameplay styles include deathmatch, team deathmatch, one shot one kill, team one shot one kill, and capture the flag. The maps are interesting, and the graphics are very, very good, considering it's a free game. While playing, many of my friends have asked "Is that Counter-strike?"
